It is highly believed that ballet is the foundation of all dance forms.  

At Studio 702 your student is embraced by the highest levels of ballet training emphasizing technique, artistry, and musicality.  Also incorporated into the classroom structure is strength training and exercises for increased flexibility and agility

WHAT TO WEAR

Girls:

Leotard in the following colors:
Level 1 – Baby Pink
Level 2 – Light Blue
Level 2A – Lavender
Level 3 – Eggplant Purple
Level 4 – Red
Level 5 – Black
skin tone tights (clean with no holes)
Proper ballet/ pointe shoes (skin tone)

Boys:

White tank top/ tight tee shirt tucked in
Black tights
Proper ballet shoes
Dance belt (12 years old and up)

Class Etiquette:

* Female dancers must have their hair pulled back away from the face and secured neatly into a classical bun.  Dancers with textured hair that is in braids or twists must secure their hair back without loose ends and off the nape of the neck.

* Dancers may not wear jewelry, other than pierced ear studs, in class or rehearsal.

* Dancers may not wear leg warmers or sweatpants in class

* Female dancers in Levels 4 & 5 may wear a short ballet skirt for center

* Students are not allowed to arrive late or leave class without instructor approval.  If a student is more than 10 minutes late, it will be up to the discretion of the teacher whether the student can participate in class.
